3... . Entrance to the Municipal Garden-Parc of Bavay

To enter the municipal park of Bavay, the roman town, you have to go under a door way under an house. Here you can see the balcony which is above the entrance of the town park. So is the town park a place of silence when no pupils of the high school just near it are not speaking and shouting loud after their courses.
