130. Reflection in the Sambre in the town district of Quartes.

In Pont-sur-Sambre, there is a town district whose name is Quartes. It is in the district where is the church, with a good separation of the town center with town-hall and town tower one one side. This is a symbol of the french law of the Séparation de l'église et de l'état, or separation between the Church and the State.
