35. Trees in the Cité Notre-Dame



The photo of to-day.The Cité Notre-Dame is the only place in Pont-sur-Sambre where the branches of the trees were cut on this way. They cut them in autumn, but now in spring I wonder how the buds could came out of what stay of the branches of this trees. It's the french way to cut the branches on the squares and streets. I do not think that it's the right place for the birds nests on this trees.

Yes, but only in summer, when the weather is hot. But I hope the leaves are coming again on this trees to make a little shadow in the summer.
