195. The Friterie is an institution of North of France.

In the North of France like in Belgium people like to eat "Frites". They are potatoes cut in the length and coked with much oil. The "baraque à frites" is a North of France institution. There you can buy frites and some other warm dishes and eat it on the street or at home or in the car before going home. I photographed this "baraque à frites" in Fourmies. The baraque à frites is also called "Friterie".
